A Design of Personal Learning Network on Social Networking Tools with Gamification for Professional Experience

This research aimed to design a novel teaching and learning process in the professional experience training. The Successive Approximation Model (SAM) was applied steps. attainment of designed framework derived from numbers theoretical reviews, as well analytical data collected expert interviews. proposed included components Personal Learning Network (PLN), PLN, procedure. PLN were: resources, tools, content, activities. In addition, consisted Creation, Connection, Cognition, Contribution. incorporated nine main activities particularly, enrolling course, joining three compulsory seminars, doing two major periods internship, mentor visiting, submitting assignments, completing course. These concepts were combined into integrated activities, which occurred social networking tool, Course Networking (CN). It operated tool utilized newly created addable badges part gamification features. assessment results eleven experts revealed that practice using personal networks on tools with proved have high levels standard evaluation, innovative attributes, process, procedure,
